Lyndsay Bray is the dynamic Chief Troublemaker and CEO of the Lyndsay Bray Coaching Group. As the creator of the group’s “No Bullshit” philosophy, Lyndsay brings a direct and unapologetic approach to her coaching. Her clients often describe her as the “mirror” who fearlessly holds them accountable and helps them see themselves clearly. Lyndsay is deeply committed to her clients and takes only a select number on at a time to ensure they receive her undivided attention. She has worked with top executives, doctors, news reporters among others, shaking up their lives and course correcting their paths.
Originally from San Diego, California, Lyndsay now resides in Houston with her husband and their three remarkable children. With a background in psychology and education, Lyndsay was drawn to life coaching after experiencing its transformative power firsthand. Her goal is to empower her clients to move through transitions and overcome obstacles with confidence and freedom, and she won’t stop until they get there!
